By using it, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions (defined below). Please read them carefully. Care N Gear owns and operates the website www.buzzmeeh.com & provides the mobile repair services for both onsite & pickup with the following Terms & Conditions

1. Buzzmeeh is a platform that allows users, subject to compliance with Buzzmeeh’s policies, to repair certain goods.
2. The repair/workmanship warranty up to 12 months, provided gadget is not treated/opened/managed by any other vendor, post our last repair. Replaced parts warranty is separate but is still subject to the above mentioned clause. Warranty is provided for the same repair & fault. In any physically damaged gadget or gadgets with identified hardware damages, it is quite possible that any part which is intermittently working can potentially completely stop functioning, while we are in the process of diagnosing and resolving the reported issue/s. In such scenario,Buzzmeeh.com will not be held liable for returning the gadget in the exact(pre-received) partial working condition, although we do not interfere with working of parts which have not been reported as faulty by customer, we will ensure that you are informed about upcoming issues if we discover them.
3. Buzzmeeh.com guarantees 100% data security however, due to the nature of our service, no data loss and 100% data recovery is not guaranteed. The Customer fully indemnifies buzzmeeh.com for all software/licenses validity/originality that the customer has on its equipment/device buzzmeeh.com request to all its customers to retain original CDs/Licenses for any loss of installed application software during the process of repair. Buzzmeeh.com is not liable for any instance of pre–installed pirated software.
4. Buzzmeeh.com has a secure and streamlined process to ensure your device's safety, however is not responsible for any loss /damage of the gadget during the time of transit service/repair or while the gadget is in the custody of buzzmeeh.com as there are uncontrollable factors that might cause the same (theft/robbery/act of god etc.) Please note that while collecting the invoice, ensure the request ID/invoice id is mentioned at all times.
5. We reserve the right at our sole discretion that replacing the old part of your device with our new part will be taken back by the company.
6. Buzzmeeh.com request to all its customer to fully ensure and sign the quality check sheet before repair or giving & taking handover of his/her device at the time of pickup &drop, any problems unrelated to our repair will not be our responsibility post customer’s acceptance of the repaired device.
7. Customer need to handover the replaced part to our technician post repair of device.
8. If your gadget is collected for repair, it should take 72 hrs for it to be repaired. It could take longer depending on delays on parts approval and or parts procurement.
9. If gadget requires a part replacement, part cost will be borne by the customer. Our customer service team will call you exclusively to take your kind approval before we replace any parts.
10. In case the gadget is given with NO POWER/NO DISPLAY/ completely non-functional, only post our through check-up, we will be able to revert with exact diagnosis and list of damaged parts. We follow a decision tree approach to repair the problem, thus it could be quite possible that we may call you more than once to seek a revised approval of additional parts.
11. If the device motherboard is found to be damaged or if the device has been previously repaired by a third party, a diagnostic inspection charge of ₹299 will be applicable. In case the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair, or does not approve the estimated repair cost and requests the return of the device, a ₹299 diagnosis and logistics charge will be charged to cover inspection and handling costs. This charge will apply irrespective of the final repair decision.
12. Customer have to pay our visit charges of INR 299.00 during our warranty period as per company policy.
13. The warranty covers the service issues fixed and parts replaced (original & compatible) by buzzmeeh.com. Warranty doesn’t cover any breakage/water damage caused by external environment after a mobile has been delivered. Repairs of water damage phones do not carry any warranty.
14. What if I change my mind after I have scheduled an appointment? It wouldn’t be an issue as you can reschedule your booking anytime. Please let us know your preferred time and location before 1 hour of your scheduled time and we will reschedule your repair request accordingly. In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel the request, you have to pay the visit charges of Rs.299 (it happens).
15. All phones which are fixed or repaired will be held for 15 days maximum. Post repair if delivery not claimed by the customer, after 15 days company won’t be responsible for any loss/damage.
16. To avail warranty customer need to send a short video of the phone along with the problem facing by the customer on company WhatsApp number 8010969696 post approval technician will visit customer place or customer can visit service center to avail the warranty.
17. Warranty can be availed in company serviceable territories only.
18. It is mandatory, as per company policy, for the customer to submit the faulty part of the device after the service is completed.
